We are pleased to announce that fifteen pieces from The Quilters’ Guild Museum Collection will be on show at the Tokyo International Great Quilt Festival 2020.

The show runs from 23 – 29 January, at the Tokyo Dome City. Selected Collection items have been picked by the show’s organisers and include a mixture of intricate piecing, frame and strippy quilts , showcasing the breadth of The Collection and the rich variety of British patchwork and quilting heritage.

Interpretation of the pieces will be provided by The Guild and the project is being overseen on behalf of the Guild by Project Manager, Caroline Krzesinska. Guild member representatives will also be at the show giving short talks on aspects of the pieces on display.
